Cancellation Policy:
Guests who cancel more than 30 days from the reservation date will receive a 100% refund. If they cancel within 30 days of their reservation, no refund will be issued.
House Rules:
- A city wide ordinance goes into effect at 10 PM to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. If this rule is violated, guests will be immediately ejected.
- Please note our check-in time (4 PM) and check-out time (11 AM). It is rare that we are able to modify these times, so please keep this in mind when planning travel.
- No smoking inside the home. An additional cleaning fee to remove odor will be applied.
- We are fortunate to be able to provide off-street parking for our guests; however, please note that parking spaces throughout downtown Charleston tend to be on the smaller side. We recommend an economy size vehicle.
- Parties and/or events are NOT allowed, and no glitter or confetti of any kind is permitted. If this rule is violated, guests will be immediately ejected and/or charged.
- No pets allowed.
- Above all, please treat our home with respect.
Please note that the Jazz Room & Blues Room have a shared bathroom.
